We were recently in touch with one of our former students; Alo Ehimiaghe, who had the following to say about her experience while she was with us. "I attended Queens College in Nigeria, and some months after my graduation, came straight from my home in Nigeria to Cambridge Seminars UK where I was warmly received and aptly tutored to a good foundation in Economics. 10 years after, I still remember my maiden UK education at Cambridge Seminars with very fond memories. I remember taking breaks at the common room after a good class of Economics, catching up with friends, going back to another rigorous class of quantitative methods, and going home to a lovely host family that prepared nice hot meals for me. I went on to do a BSc in Economics at the University of Hull, an MSc in Economics and Development Economics at the University of Nottingham, and I’m currently rounding up my DPhil in Development Studies at the University of Sussex. | ![]() |
